How to Make Build-Your-Own Fruit Pizzas

I like fruit pizza. In fact, Brian and I ordered fruit pizza on our first date.  We made these build-your-own fruit pizzas for my daughter Cassandra's baby shower and everyone loved them.  Building your own is good not only because you can choose your own stuff, but also because your fruit pizza won't be soggy.

You will need:

1-18 oz tube refrigerated cookie dough
1-7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1-8 oz pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
Assorted fruit (sliced strawberries or kiwi, blue berries, pineapple tidbits, Mandarin oranges, grapes halved, etc.)

Bake cookies according to package directions.  Let cool.  These are the fruit pizza crusts.

Mix marshmallow cream and cream cheese (cold cream cheese leaves lumps--let your cream cheese warm to room temp before mixing).  This is your fruit pizza spread.

The sliced fruit pieces are your toppings.

Let everyone make her own fruit pizza by spreading a cookie with the cream mixture and topping it with their choice of fruit.
