Spring Green Ice Cream (Popeye’s Ice Cream)
¾ c. half and half or coconut milk
¼ c. agave nectar
⅔ c. nonfat powdered milk or powdered coconut milk
2 c. spinach, lightly packed
1 ½ TB vanilla extract
2 ½ cups ice cubes
Add ingredients to a blender pitcher and secure lid. Blend on high until smooth
I love coconut milk! Does the picture look right?
