Popeye's Ice Cream

Thanks, Kelly Haws for this fun recipe, great for St. Patrick's day, and healthy, too!

Spring Green Ice Cream (Popeye’s Ice Cream)

¾ c. half and half or coconut milk
¼ c. agave nectar
c.  nonfat powdered milk or powdered coconut milk
2 c. spinach, lightly packed
1 ½ TB vanilla extract
2 ½ cups ice cubes
Add ingredients to a blender pitcher and secure lid.  Blend on high until smooth
